EDUCATIONAL CINEMALOGY
The primary element of comprehensive leader training is understanding the unconscious. The unconscious is a part of life and mind that ensures existence but is not recognized by consciousness.
Facing various challenges in life, each of us would like to know how to make the right decisions.
These answers are already in our subconscious, we just need to learn to understand it.
The method of cinemalogy is based on the idea of projection – “my perception of reality depends on my internal state”.
The goal of cinemalogy is to teach the viewer to be attentive to their way of thinking and their own choices, as their life is built on these foundations. Cinemalogical analysis helps to accurately interpret the symbolic message, evaluate characters from the outside, and learn from others’ mistakes without making them in one’s own life.
How does cinemalogy work?
In the process of cinemalogy, it is important for each participant to understand what exactly “captures” them. When a person is captivated by a certain plot or image, it indicates that this image resonates with them. If a participant is not connected with a certain plot/image, they don’t react to it at all, as what differs from us cannot lead us.
During the sessions
Understanding cinema means understanding and starting to control one’s own life.
Features of cinemalogy
- Cinemalogy focuses not on the film itself or the director's creativity but primarily on the viewers' interpretation of what they see.
- By "experiencing" the behavior pattern presented in the film, participants can understand much more than if they were given theoretical explanations.
- The experience gained in cinemalogy enhances participants' ability to critically analyze situations occurring in their own lives.
During the sessions, people learn to be attentive to their way of thinking and choices, as their life is built on these foundations.
Participant Reviews
“Cinemalogy is a new format for me, which I found interesting and unusual. What was strange and unusual was that a lot of time was spent on the film, and at the same time what came next was very interesting, useful and valuable. After that I was able to gain important insights and useful thoughts for development both in business and in my personal life. I analyzed my views on interactions in my team and understood what mistakes I had previously made when delegating work tasks. I wanted to delve deeper into the information Olena Babina talked about. Can’t wait for the next event.”
“After my first visit to сinemalogy, I was deeply amazed that what I saw could be no more than 10% of the true picture of what was happening. I had to make a lot of discoveries about myself, which helped me rethink the way I conduct myself on a daily basis. I understood why I kept making the same mistakes and how to do everything in a new way now. I highly recommend everyone to go to сinemalogy at least once and learn more about themselves.”
